‘Tis the season for pumpkin carving, holiday baking and lots of entertaining.

Even though the season of entertaining is my favorite time of year, I get exhausted just thinking about it. Does that happen to you, too? That’s why this year, I’ve decided to make it as easy as possible—and with the help of the Chinet® Cut Crystal® collection, that’s exactly what I’m going to do.
Eat Dessert First
As I was planning my entertaining schedule this year, I decided I really wanted to host a dessert bar instead of a full-blown dinner party—simply for the reason that folks are usually so incredibly full after dinner that it’s hard to even think about enjoying dessert. Do you know what I am talking about? So, unless you plan on handing out stretchy pants to all of your guests before the final course but you don’t want anyone to miss out on all the sweet treats, think about just eating dessert and forget about the main course altogether.
Enter Chinet
As I was planning my dessert event, I decided to use the beautiful Chinet Cut Crystal collection for the party. It is a stylish line made entirely of disposable tableware that is fully coordinated and makes cleanup super easy. I love how the clear design fits into any decor. After the last person leaves at the end of the night, you just toss them out and cleaning is done.
For this party, I chose to display the Chinet® Cut Crystal® dinner plates and the Chinet® Cut Crystal® dessert plates in a plate rack. Show them off. The swirl pattern gives them an elegant feel that will make your guests feels like they are at a formal dinner party.
I even used the Chinet® Cut Crystal® stemless wine glasses as candy dishes…and, of course, for wine.
As bite-sized desserts and full-sized cakes and pies grace the table, your guests can determine just how sweet their tooth is. I like to mix my dessert bar up with five or six varieties of treats.
Don’t let entertaining be stressful. Just RELAX and enjoy the moment!
The Chinet Cut Crystal cutlery comes in its own serve-and-store container, which makes displaying them a breeze. They’ve really thought of everything.
Coffee To Go
I don’t know how late your party-goers plan to stay when you are hosting your party, but I like to send my guests home at the end of the night with a cup of coffee. It’s nice to give them a little pick-me-up for the ride home. Chinet® Comfort Cups® insulated hot cups and lids are perfect on-the-go cups and are sure to keep guests’ drinks warm all the way home.
As for cleanup after the party wraps, there’s no need to do dishes because you can just toss this disposable dishware and BOOM—you’re all done.
Now, pat yourself on the back for a job well done and maybe even treat yourself to one more piece of pie before you head off to bed. Sweet dreams…
