Hey, Buddies. I’m Kristi, the face behind The Pickled Rose. I am a born and raised big city girl that found herself in love and moving to a small town smack dab in the middle of Kansas 12 years ago.
I have always had a passion for expressing myself creatively. Dreaming up something beautiful and finding a way to create it is what I love to do. The Pickled Rose has become my outlet. Follow along as I find an old piece of furniture and give it new life, build something out of nothing, decorate my home, work in my garden, and tackle all things DIY.
I will show you what I’m currently up to and give you tips and tutorials on how to do it yourself. And as a wine lover, I may even pair my favorite vino with whatever project I’m doing that day. Don’t love wine? No worries. Grab an iced tea or a cup of joe and stay awhile. Let’s start turning nothings into somethings together and get inspired.
