Are you a “glass-is-half-full person” or a “glass-is-half-empty person? Try being “full” instead of “empty.” It’s amazing when you look at things with a positive outlook how much more enjoyable life is. Remember that as you’re starting your dream
I’m not gonna lie. This whole blogging “thing” has got me so intimidated so this new road may be like the “blind leading the blind.” I seriously am not tech-saavy. I know nothing about computers and I’m hoping you all can teach me a thing or two as well. I intend for it to be fun, sharing DIYs, our home remodel and hopefully some inspiration along the way.
I first dipped my foot into the website waters last summer and created this site. It didn’t take long for me to find out that I was in way over my head and quickly got out before I drowned. I had no clue what I was doing. So on top of being technically-challenged, just coming up with content that I thought would interest you all became way too stressful for me at the time. I kept asking myself, “What do I do that hundreds of other people out there don’t already do?” and “Why would somebody even care about my projects and what I’m doing?” The fact is, you may not, but I soon realized we ALL have a story and each one is different. My life is full of DIYs and makeovers and projects and it’s what I love to do. I love sharing it all because if I can do it, you can too. It’s all about having confidence and not being afraid to make public mistakes. My style might not be your style but that’s okay. You all have taught me so much through your blog pages and Instagram squares with what inspires you, so I invite you to come along for the ride and see what inspires me. Let’s get our feet wet together and dive right in. Now is the time. For me it’s now or never. Every story has a beginning and this is mine. Let’s get busy livin’. Maybe it’s where your story begins, also.
