Even thinking about tackling a home remodeling project can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming. Whether it’s a big project or a smaller one, it’s easy to shut the idea out of your mind before you even get started. But today I’m going to share with you some of my very favorite DIY projects from some amazing bloggers and I know after you see them, you will be ready to get started on your own remodeling.
Bathroom Remodel
Before I share my friends’ projects, I want to revisit one of my own favorite remodels to date with you. It was a tough one, but the results were so satisfying, I would do it again in a heartbeat.
Rewind Back To The Before
This extra bathroom was so ugly before we started working on it, for years we just shut the door and literally used it as storage. But then Bed, Bath & Beyond reached out to me to see if we would be interested in doing a full bathroom makeover and we jumped at the opportunity. We would be doing the work, of course, but it was just the motivation we needed to turn this ugly duckling into a beauty.

My 100 Year Old Home
You all know Leslie, right? She has more energy than anyone I have ever known. Her numerous projects that she completes every week are unreal and one of my favorite projects of hers right now is her renovation of a home she bought in Waco, Texas, and she’s turning it into an Air B & B. I can’t wait to stay there. This bathroom was recently part of the Jeffrey Court Home Renovation Challenge and you are going to want to see the entire reveal right here.
Happy Happy Nester
Janine really knows how to take a space and give it some “Va Va Voom.” This deck would be anyone’s dream to hang out on; am I right? Do you think she’d mind if we all came over? PARTAY!!!! You can read all about this project of hers right here.
She Gave It A Go
I’m not done talking about kitchens yet. Brendt’s is another one of my FAVES. She repainted her cabinets and I’m scratching my head thinking she’s a professional painter. Look how GREAT they look. They deserve a “BAM!” She walks you through the complete tutorial on her blog post right here.
The Happy Housie
There’s not much better than a good bedroom remodel. Being able to dive into a space that is so relaxing, calm and GORGEOUS is exactly what Krista did here. I mean, there would seriously be some sweet dreams going on here. I don’t think I’d ever leave. Read all about her remodel right here.
Dreaming Of Homemaking
Can we just stop for a minute and say “WOW”? Sarah, like Leslie, also, recently participated in the Jeffrey Court Home Renovation Challenge and her project was this fireplace makeover. Her and her hubby really knocked it out of the park. I just love all the white features in her home. She knows how to style like a rockstar.
